Volunteer Liaison

Job description

  • Act as a contact point for on-boarded volunteers
  • Ensure important charity-wide communications reach all members of the team
  • Encourage feedback from volunteers… new ideas, issues, connections
  • Work on volunteer rewards such as ‘limited edition’ T-shirt, aprons, etc.

Responsibilities

  • To pass on any concerns volunteers are having to management
  • To ensure volunteers are supported in a polite, courteous and helpful manner
  • To ensure volunteer contact preferences are kept up to date

Supervisor

  • Covid-19 response co-ordinator
