- Act as a contact point for on-boarded volunteers
- Ensure important charity-wide communications reach all members of the team
- Encourage feedback from volunteers… new ideas, issues, connections
- Work on volunteer rewards such as ‘limited edition’ T-shirt, aprons, etc.
- To pass on any concerns volunteers are having to management
- To ensure volunteers are supported in a polite, courteous and helpful manner
- To ensure volunteer contact preferences are kept up to date
- Covid-19 response co-ordinator
