Policy Development

Job description:

  • Assist the managers in reviewing and updating charity policies
  • Research current best practice in different policy areas (e.g. safeguarding adults, ensuring equality and equal opportunity)
  • Prepare policy documents


  • To communicate with managers on a regular basis
  • To take initiative in identifying resources that may be of value in reviewing policies

Special notes:

  • Core team managers remain responsible for policy implementation


  • Covid-19 response co-ordinator
